Idle Developer is a static site of notes and lookup pages. No accounts, no tracking. The first tool is a directory of premium custom emoji IDs: the long numbers you put in a Bot API message when you want a custom emoji and you do not have Telegram Premium, or you just need the ID as text.

2,079 IDs from public lists, kept as strings so JavaScript does not round them. Each row has the fallback unicode emoji, the pack when the source recorded one, and snippets for python-telegram-bot, aiogram 3, Telegraf, and the raw Bot API.
